The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Capitalized words have meanings as defined below. These definitions apply regardless of singular or plural usage.

Please note :
- For Domestic Shipments throughout India: Your purchased products will be shipped within 1-2 days & you can expect to receive the shipment within 7 days. It might get extended to 14 days due to public holidays, natural catastrophes or any kind of unforeseeable reason.
- For International Shipments: Your purchased products will be shipped within 1-2 days & you can expect to receive the shipment within 15 days. It might get extended to 30 days due to issues in Custom clearance, public holidays, natural catastrophes or any kind of unforeseeable reason.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 2 days of placing it without providing a reason. Refund eligibility depends on the shipping status and order type.
Domestic Orders :
- Cancellation allowed within 2 days of order placement.
- Full refund for prepaid orders if item has not been shipped.
- If item is shipped, only product cost will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process and credit.
International Orders :
- Cancellation allowed within 2 days before item is shipped.
- All international orders must be prepaid.
- If shipping label is generated before cancellation, refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
- Refunds may take 7–15 business days to process and credit.

Return of Goods
Our return policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products based on your location and issue type.
Domestic Orders (India) :
- The deadline for returning an item is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or the date a third party (appointed by you, excluding the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.
- Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Products that are unopened, in original packaging, or have never been used.
- Product defects that appear after slight use within 14 days of delivery.
- Item mismatch or complete/partial damage to the shipment or items.
- For damaged goods or item mismatches, please raise your concern by emailing support@wishkarde.com with sufficient proof.
- We will verify your claim within 2–3 days, initiate the return, and ship a replacement to your address.
- Refunds cannot be requested in such cases.
- If a refund is deemed more appropriate (at our discretion) or in case of regular product returns, we will issue the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
- The refund will be credited via the same payment method used for the original order, and no additional fees will be charged.
- Refunds will be processed and credited within 7 business days.
International Orders :
- Returns are not accepted for international orders.
- If an item mismatch occurs or the shipment is damaged partially or fully, you must email support@wishkarde.com with adequate proof.
- After verifying your claim within 2–3 days, we will initiate a refund.
- Refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account within 14 business days.
Conditions for Returns (Domestic Orders)
To be eligible for a return, certain conditions must be met depending on the type and state of the product.
Return Eligibility :
- The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- The Goods must be in their original packaging.
Non-returnable Items :
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate quickly, or are past their expiry date.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Additional Conditions :
- We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
- Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returning Goods
Instructions and responsibilities for returning products, whether damaged, mismatched, or regular returns.
Damaged or Mismatched Products :
- You are responsible for securely packaging the Goods for return.
- We will arrange and bear the return shipping cost, wherever applicable.
- If we're unable to arrange courier pickup, please return the Goods to the following address: Boardangi, East Belbari, Belbari, Gangarampur, South Dinajpur, WB, 733124, India.
Regular Returns :
- For regular returns, you must arrange courier service to the above address.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Liability and Recommendations :
- We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipping when sent by you.
- Use an insured and trackable mail service for safe delivery.
- Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of Goods or proof of delivery.
Restocking Fee :
- A restocking fee of 5% or ₹99 may be applied in cases of policy misuse or intentional damage.
